Sourcing projects are a niche in which Premiere Worldwide has extensive expertise. Our experience and carrier service relationships at the executive level have allowed us to exceed expectations in both negotiated pricing and special terms and conditions. From 2005 to 2010, Premiere worked closely with Alaris Consulting, now Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), on numerous “Shared Spend Projects.” Premiere was contracted to manage and lead large multi-location portfolio businesses through the often cumbersome RFP process. The aggregated monthly spend of our largest project was 1.85 million a month in carrier services and 1.13 million a month in cellular services.
From information gathering, to contract reviews and on site meetings, our process saves our clients 15-30% annually. In addition, our contract negotiations team has been successful in obtaining win-win terms and conditions for our clients.
